Designers, architects, specifiers, fabricators and other design professionals can order up to 10 free samples at a time. Choose your materials and colorways, then submit your sample order. Samples arrive within a few business days, depending on your location. For more than 10 samples, email info@thecasatela.com.

All fabrics and genuine leathers shown on our website are in stock and available to order. No stock reservation is required.

Fabrics are available with no minimum order quantity. Genuine leather is sold by whole hide and priced per square foot. The measured hide area and final quantity are confirmed in your quote.

Choose a collection and color, then select Request a Quote. Add the materials you need, enter the quantities and delivery destination, and send one request. You can also turn your sample selection into a quote list. We aim to reply within 1 business day. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Trade prices are shown in USD, per linear yard for fabrics and per square foot for genuine leather. Freight is quoted separately based on your order quantity and destination.

Before invoicing, provide a valid resale certificate or applicable customer self-remittance documentation. Contact us for the appropriate form and to confirm the documentation needed for your order. Tax treatment is confirmed for your order.

Send a purchase order or approve your written quote by email to info@thecasatela.com. Include your legal business name or name and billing address so we can issue the correct invoice. Provide the delivery address separately, along with the material, color and quantity for each item. No bank or card details are needed.

We will issue an invoice after receiving your purchase order or written quote approval. We accept checks, credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Payment details are provided privately with your invoice.

After payment is received, preparation for shipment takes up to 48 hours. Air transit then takes an estimated 5–7 business days. We will email your tracking information once your order ships.

Freight is quoted for each order based on the quantity and delivery destination. Send your delivery address with your quote request so we can include the shipping cost.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, email info@thecasatela.com or call 773-520-0500 or 305-528-5991.

We do not accept returns unless goods arrive incorrect or damaged. If this happens, contact info@thecasatela.com immediately. We can process a return only if the goods have not been cut or altered.

Before cutting or altering your material, check the material, color, quantity and visible condition. If anything is incorrect or damaged, contact info@thecasatela.com promptly with photos and your order reference.

Each collection page includes its material content, performance information, recommended applications and technical sheet. For project-specific requirements, email info@thecasatela.com.

We offer custom designs, patterns and textile developments with a 200-yard minimum order quantity and an estimated 3–4 week production lead time. Email info@thecasatela.com to discuss your project.

Use each material for its recommended applications and follow its care instructions. We do not provide free replacements or refunds for damage caused by unsuitable application, improper cleaning, installation or unauthorized treatments. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Natural markings and some variation in grain and color are normal in genuine leather. Fabric color and texture can vary slightly between production lots. These variations should remain consistent with the collection’s characteristics and specifications. If you are unsure, contact info@thecasatela.com before cutting or altering the material.
